Workmate is constantly improving, and your feedback helps us make the assistant better.

If you encounter an issue, have a suggestion, or want to share how Workmate is working for you, there are two easy ways to reach our team.

Sending Feedback from the App

You can submit feedback directly from within the Workmate app.

To do this:

  1. Click the megaphone icon in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar

  2. Fill out the feedback form

  3. Submit your message

This is the fastest way to report issues or share suggestions while using the product.

Contacting Support by Email

You can also contact the Workmate team directly by emailing:

support@workmate.com

This option is useful if you want to provide more detailed feedback or follow up on an issue.
